Ordering policy

Import duties, customs and who is the importer of record.

When ordering products from Pharmacode® Pharma for shipping, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Because your privacy is important to us, we want our international customers to know that cross-border imports are subject to inspection by customs authorities. The buyer must bear all additional fees for customs clearance; Pharmacode® Pharma has no control over the amount of these fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the buyer should contact their local customs office to get more information.

In addition, please be aware that when ordering from Pharmacode® Pharma, the buyer is considered the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations in force in the country of receiving the products.

Dealing with couriers and ensuring proper instructions, as well as fulfilling requirements from authorities, and other regulatory bodies, is the buyer’s sole responsibility.

This policy explains which cookies and similar techniques (local storage, pixels) are used on this website, why, and how you stay in control. 1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Local storage works in a similar way. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, and can be used to measure how a site is used.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary, required for the site to function - your basket, your sign-in, and our record of your cookie choice. These are placed on the basis of Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act; no consent is required and they cannot be switched off.
Preferences, remember settings you make, so you do not have to repeat them.
Analytics, aggregated measurement of visits and pages.
Marketing, campaign measurement and advertising on third-party platforms.

Preferences, analytics and marketing are only placed after you give consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). Refusing has no effect on your access to the site or your ability to order.

3. What is actually set

This site sets no cookies at all until you put something in your basket or sign in. Everything below is strictly necessary; we currently set no analytics and no marketing cookies, and the toggles for those categories therefore place nothing. If that changes, this table and this policy change with it and we ask for your consent again.

4. Third parties and transfers

We set no third-party cookies today. If we add analytics or marketing, they will be set by the providers named in the table above, and where such a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.

Paying by bank transfer does not involve a cookie: you are given our account details and the transfer happens at your own bank.

5. Withdrawing or changing your choice

Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. We ask again after 6 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to info@pharmacodepharma.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Changes

If we add or remove cookies we update this policy and, where the change requires it, ask for your consent again.
