We ask before we set cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make this shop work - your basket and your sign-in. With your permission we would also like to use analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept, refuse or choose per category, and change your mind at any time.

Cookie policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar techniques (local storage, pixels) are used on this website, why, and how you stay in control. It applies to the website of Pharmacode Pharma B.V., Joop Geesinkweg 501, 1114 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the controller for this processing. Questions: info@pharmacodepharma.com.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Local storage works in a similar way. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, and can be used to measure how a site is used.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary, required for the site to function - your basket, your sign-in, and our record of your cookie choice. These are placed on the basis of Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act; no consent is required and they cannot be switched off.
Preferences, remember settings you make, so you do not have to repeat them.
Analytics, aggregated measurement of visits and pages.
Marketing, campaign measurement and advertising on third-party platforms.

Preferences, analytics and marketing are only placed after you give consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). Refusing has no effect on your access to the site or your ability to order.

3. What is actually set

This site sets no cookies at all until you put something in your basket or sign in. Everything below is strictly necessary; we currently set no analytics and no marketing cookies, and the toggles for those categories therefore place nothing. If that changes, this table and this policy change with it and we ask for your consent again.

Cookie / storage	Category	Purpose	Retention
`wp_woocommerce_session_*`	Strictly necessary	Ties your basket and the details you type at the checkout to this browser. Set only once something is added to the basket.	2 days
`woocommerce_cart_hash`	Strictly necessary	Lets the page tell that the basket has changed, so the bag count is not shown stale from a cache.	Until you close the browser
`woocommerce_items_in_cart`	Strictly necessary	Records that the basket is not empty.	Until you close the browser
`wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_test_cookie`	Strictly necessary	Only if you create an account and sign in: keeps you signed in, and checks that your browser accepts cookies at all.	Until you close the browser
`pc-consent`	Strictly necessary	Stores your cookie choice and the date you made it, so we do not ask again on every page.	6 months

4. Third parties and transfers

We set no third-party cookies today. If we add analytics or marketing, they will be set by the providers named in the table above, and where such a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.

Paying by bank transfer does not involve a cookie: you are given our account details and the transfer happens at your own bank.

5. Withdrawing or changing your choice

Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. We ask again after 6 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to info@pharmacodepharma.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Changes

If we add or remove cookies we update this policy and, where the change requires it, ask for your consent again.
